I had already been training for about 45 minutes and was pretty wasted by this time. I used this as a finisher to end the workout. The monkey bars were quite thick which is good for increasing grappling strength and grip strength. The push ups are just a primer really to make the pull ups harder. A lot of people though, do not realize that narrow to medium grip pull ups are about 30% chest strength, and not just the back muscles.
