Feb 23, 2012 - yeah i ate after 6pm i know people follow that rule but that doesnt work for everyone...if youre feeling really hungry by the end of the day...try to eat a bigger breastfast, medium lunch and smaller dinner. make sure youre eating snacks inbetween each meal. i keeps you less hungry at night.
