Feb 7, 2012 - I appreciate it man, I usually try to do better form / higher reps / focused muscle contractions these days instead of just trying to make the weight move or as heavy as possible. I did bad form for years and it doesn't help in the long run haha, learned my lesson the hard way

Feb 7, 2012 - If my form sucks (and it's not due to a crooked camera angle), I'll make sure I add a video annotation. Some others may have different opinions on exercise technique, but it really depends on your goals. This is the correct form for general health and bodybuilding. An explosive athlete might lift heavier and / or much faster, not correct for my goals but might be right for them. I will try to explain differences in that area in future videos. Thanks man!
