My POV Still Demi backed away slowly and spoke quietly, fearing what might happen if she ran or screamed. "Selena—" Her father put a finger to her lips gently. "Don't be afraid, Demetria. I'm not going to hurt you." She slapped his hand away. "How am I supposed to know that? You hurt me in the hospital." He ignored her question and rose his hand to her cheek. "You've gotten so beautiful over the past five years, Demetria. Has any man snatched you up yet?" She felt extremely uncomfortable. "I'm with Selena...you know that." She tried to move away but he yanked her face back closer to his. "I don't know why you're still with that psycho bitch. I still owe her one from before. In fact...I should just hurt you so that she will really feel pain...." He held her face with a stronger grip. Sensing that something horrible would happen to her, she decided to call for help. "Selena, help me!" She attempted to run, but he tackled her to the ground and got on top of her. "Selena, help me please!" she screamed as she tried to fight her father. "Shut up!" he yelled as he attempted to rip her clothing away from her struggling body. Tears ran down Demi's face as she prayed Selena would awaken and hear her screams. But by that time it might be too late.... Suddenly Demi's father was knocked sideways to the ground, and Selena's fist was in the air. "I told you to stay away from her!" She jumped on him and hit him a few more times before getting up and dragging him out the door by his neck. "Wait!" He managed to choke out as he lost oxygen. "I have to tell Demi something important! It's about her mother!" Demi's eyes widened and she managed to stand, despite how hard her legs were shaking. "Wait Selena, I want to hear what he has to say!" Selena pulled him back into the house. She put her knee in his chest to keep him from moving and grabs a coil of rope. She then tied him to a chair in the kitchen. She cradled Demi's shaking body in her arms "Talk," she said menacingly. He tried not to look into Selena's glaring eyes. "I wanted her to know that I lied when I told her that her mother was dead." Tears started to roll down her face once again as she looked at the floor. All this time it was a lie.... "If she's not dead, then where is she? " He sighed. "I'm not sure, but when she saw me on Facebook, she messaged me her Skype username so she could contact you face-to-face. I have it here if you want it." She nods, and he pulls he paper out of his pocket and gives to her. She starts to walk out of the kitchen. Before she can, her father grabs her hand, causing Selena to get up cautiously. He turns to Selena. "I'm not going to hurt her." He then turned to Demi. "I miss my daughters. Come visit me once in a while." Demi wipes her eyes pointlessly and takes her hand away with difficulty. "You stopped being my father when you hurt me for something that wasn't even my fault." She turns and runs through the front room and upstairs. Selena unties him and pushes him purposefully into the street. "Try not to get put in the hospital or I might have to find you," she smirks widely before slamming the door shut. When Selena found Demi, she was sitting in front of her laptop, staring at her Skype screen. "Are you ready to contact her?" She wipes her cheeks and nods. "I'm just scared of what the outcome will be." Selena sits next to her and holds her hand gently. "I'll be right here when you need me," she says and smiles, causing Demi to smile and kiss her cheek. Demi turned the webcam towards her and clicked on the "Video Chat Request" window. She typed the username "DiannaDLG92" into the search box and clicked the "Send Request" button.... Okay, so does anyone know how I made up her Skype name? Okay, I'll tell you. I used her real mother's first name and made the "Dee La Garza" part into "DLG". Then I added the last two digits of the year Demi was born in. And my bad if those buttons don't exist in the real Skype, but this is how my Skype works, chicas and chicos! Lol yeah I may have spelled those wrong, but who cares?
