Feb 14, 2012 - i agree im a tall skinny type and the only times i made progress was with very abbreviated training, a 'sort of'' hit, i think hit works but its problematic as its very difficult to do on your own, forced reps neg reps etc need help from training partners, in his books mike did quote studies, my interpretation is he was scientific!
