This is Zukai Shurikenjutsu by 14th head of Koka Ryu Ninjutsu Fujita Seiko the ultimate book on shuriken. This book is where i get most of my information on shuriken and every shurikenjutsu exponent in Japan will tell you this book is the holy grail. It's very rare even in Japan and is now going for 300$ over there.
